“Cooking with kids is not just about ingredients, recipes, and cooking. It’s about harnessing imagination, empowerment, and creativity!”

Tot’s can cook too! Tot’s Table is a cooking class for some of our smallest friends. Your little foodie will cook with us while you enjoy an hour to yourself! They will learn to safely roll, grate, pat, mix, and spread. You will be amazed at what your budding chef will eat when they make food themselves. Your child will experience cooking using all 5 senses, especially taste as we enjoy food that we make together. *We do require your tot to be completely potty trained to join us at Tot’s Table. The cost is $65 a month. Classes start the 1st week of September!
We offer this Class after school Monday -Thursday. We also offer a Homeschool Class during the day on Tuesday.

1) When signing up for our Fall/Spring session please note, we require a 2 week notice when dropping a class.
2) No classes the week of Thanksgiving, the last 2 weeks of December for Christmas Break, and Spring break. Enjoy this time with your family!
3) There will not be makeup classes offered or refunds for missed classes. If for some reason we need to cancel a class, we will offer makeup classes or issue a refund.
4) How are we handling COVID? First and foremost, we ask that you please stay home if you are sick. We are requiring students and teachers to wear masks during classes for right now. Please wear a mask to each class. If you forget, we have extras! We sanitize between classes and we are asking each student to purchase their own Busy Bee Apron and bring it with them each week. (not required for sewing classes) Cost is $10 and we will have this for them their first week of class. If they already have one from attending a camp, or Summer class, that is great and we will waive the apron fee when you register! (Just shoot us a message)
It’s definitely a crazy time…But this doesn’t mean that we are letting that stop us from learning and having A LOT of fun!!
My name is Margie Peterson. I am one of the owners of Busy Bee Co. I am also the mom of 4 awesome kids! They inspire me each day to try again and learn from my mistakes.
I believe making mistakes is one of the best ways that we learn in life and in the kitchen! I have the best memories as a child of spending time in the kitchen baking with my mom and friends. We used to love to get together and make our own “secret” recipes. Most of which ended in disaster! Nevertheless, we had a great time and learned a lot along the way.
I’m excited to be able to teach some of the cooking skills that I have learned to other kids who long for a creative outlet. I love teaching, baking, and especially tasting good food. I believe in family dinners, and feel like some of the most important family time happens in the kitchen. I believe every child needs something that they feel like they are good at; something that gives them purpose and confidence. This is why I love to teach! I can’t wait to meet you and your child in the kitchen!
Hi! I’m April Stettler. I am one of the owners of Busy Bee Co. I’m married to my best friend Dustin and we have 5 amazing kids! I have the best memories of growing up helping in the kitchen and learning new recipes. It definitely became a passion when I got married and started cooking for my own family!
I love making everything from scratch and making my own version of recipes! I honestly believe that the best memories involve yummy food! I feel the most alive when I’m creating something personal for me or someone I love from a homemade meal, to making my kids Halloween costumes, or decorating my home! This is why I love the philosophy behind Busy Bee Co. I believe that everyone should do more of what makes YOU happy, learn something new, and discover what you are good at!
Jamie is a mom of four with a secret sweet tooth, and is a foodie at heart! After working in the catering industry for over 15 years, she discovered her love for food and all of the work and love that goes into it! She took up a love for creating food when her family required special dietary needs.
She’s excited to be teaching little chefs to appreciate what goes into our food that we enjoy every day! From decorating cakes, to playing with her food, and finding healthy options, she loves creating new recipes but also sharing old traditions. She loves healthy eating, her yoga practice, and enjoys her time with her art on the side. She’s excited to share all of her joys with you and your family!
